We are located at 9116 W. Pico Boulevard a few doors West from the corner of Doheny and Pico Blvd.
Do you have a dress Code?
No, please come as you are.
Tell me about your Shabbat services?
Our Shabbat services are user-friendly, joyous, engaging and personable. We have bi-lingual siddurim, prayer books, announce page numbers, and offer some play-by-play during the Torah reading. In our service men and women sit apart and are separated by a sheer curtain mechitza.
What prayer book do you use?
We use a colorful new siddur, prayer book, called Nehalel and bi-lingual Artscroll. We also have a Sephardic and other siddurim available.
What is the role of women at Pico Shul?
Women form the backbone of the Pico Shul Community, organizing programs each week. Women carry the Torah through the women’s side during services, give classes and D’var Torahs. Women are not involved in leading prayers or Torah service.
